Products & Pricing

• We make every effort to portray our items as accurately as possible.
• Product photographs are reproduced as accurate as web publishing and the constraints of this web site allow although some colour variation may occur
• All prices are inclusive of VAT at the current rate of 17.5%
• All postage prices are inclusive of a packing fee
• All items are subject to availability and any item which is out of stock will show this next to the product
• We reserve the right to remove items, alter descriptions, update prices, as we feel necessary to keep the website as up to date as possible
• We do everything we can to keep this website in an online condition subject to the general internet conditions. We reserve the right to take the website offline during any maintenence/updating

Payments

• We use Paypal for all online transactions and grandadbill.co.uk do not have access to your credit/debit card information
• Grandadbill.co.uk cannot be held responsible for any errors brought about by the use of Paypal or by the failure of any of the Paypal systems or infrastructure
• All prices are in Pounds Sterling (£) If you use any other currency this will be amended by Paypal and subject to their own Exchange rate and surcharge. We make every effort to keep our web site up to date with Paypal exchange rates but we cannot be held responsible if this differs in any way
• No goods will be dispatched until we receive confirmation from Paypal that a correct payment has been sent
• If paying by cheque/postal order, no goods will be dispatched until the cheque/postal order has been cleared by the banks and the money transferred into our account. This may take up to 10 days

Cancellation

• You have the right to cancel your order within 7 days of purchase
• If you wish to return the goods for reasons other than faulty then please inform us in advance stating the reasons why you wish to return them by sending an email to grandadbill.co.uk so we are aware that the goods are being returned. The return postage for any goods being returned for reasons other than the product being faulty will be at your own expense and will not be reimbursed by grandadbill.co.uk
• Goods must arrive at grandadbill.co.uk in good condition and as such it is your responsibility to ensure they are packaged securely for return
• This cancellation policy does not affect your statutory rights

Faulty Products

• We cannot accept the return of any products which have been used
• If the product is found to be faulty or damaged on arrival please inform us within 3 days by sending an email to grandadbill.co.uk 
• You must return the product to us with original packaging
• Once we receive and have inspected the product and agree the faults you will be offered a replacement, or, an alternative product at the same price, or, a full refund

Changes & Limitations

• We reserve the right to make changes to these Terms & Conditions where necessary
• Grandadbill.co.uk is not responsible or liable to any person or entity whatsoever for any direct or indirect loss, damage (whether actual, consequential, punitive, special, or otherwise), injury, claim, liability or other cause of any kind or character whatsoever based upon or resulting from any information or opinions provided on the site or from the use of, or the inability to use, the materials on the site.

Customer Reviews & Testimonials

• All of our customers are welcome to leave a product review or a testimonial. These have to be reviewed by Admin after submission to ensure they are of a suitable quality to be included on our website. The inclusion of any profanities will result in the review/testimonial being deleted.
